Als wir ankamen war die Klimaanlage defekt Emma hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um schnellstmöglich einen Handwerker zu finden der sie repariert hat und war auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit . Das Haus ist hübsch und besonders auf der hinteren Terrasse haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt“

„Lovely space, relaxing and very little traffic in the neighborhood. We enjoyed being so close to the park trail system and downtown Spearfish. Great kitchen which we used to prepare some lovely meals. Also great for my husband who is an avid bird watcher. Our little dog loved the fenced in yard.“

„Fantastic property. The location is centrally located and perfect for going to Mount Rushmore, crazy horse, Custer State Park, hot Springs, Rapid City, and not too far from Badlands or Devils Tower. The owner is thoughtful and keeps this well appointed with a nicely stocked kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and many other niceties like sandwich bags, wrap, foil), nice toiletries, and laundry supplies. She isn't stingy w/supplies. This property is new and no expense was spared. It's super quiet ...

„Great property located close to the Fairfax SD hall where our wedding reception was held. Perfect for our needs during the hectic weekend. The bride & bridesmaids did their hair & makeup there & it was close enough to reception hall you could stumble home on foot if needed. The host also let us park a small camper in the drive & had Electrical hookup available. I would definitely recommend if you're having an event at the Fairfax Hall.“
