There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously.“

„Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds!
