„Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. “

„We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice.

„Property is looked after pretty well. We rented an airstream trailer. Everything worked and was well stocked but the floor was spongy from prior water damage and some of the window handles were broken or portly functional. Overall it is a good place to stay and we’ll return!“

„This is a gem of a hotel. If you want to be on the beach and a little out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Cannon Beach, this is a lovely spot. The rooms have a full kitchen, so it’s more like a condo. The views are amazing. Highly recommend!“

„The owner related the the history of the building and surrounding
The main room was very cozy with a couch and fireplace. It is pet friendly and the new owner will accommodate many pets.
I think the owner should have a book and add to the website all the waterfalls on hyway 138 to expand things to do in the area and draw interest.“
