„My family was coming from multiple locations to meet up and go to the zoo and this was the perfect place for all of us. Location to the zoo was amazing. Would stay here again!!“

„Very comfortable and everything was as described. Owner was very responsive. Stayed three nights with two other colleagues attending a conference in downtown Omaha. Less than 2 miles to downtown, so the location was perfect. 3.5 bathrooms meant each of us had a private ensuite bath. Kitchen was well equipped, private attached garage was a bonus. Would definitely stay again for business or personal travel.“

„House was well maintained. Really appreciated all the labels and organizational notes. Nicely decorated in Okoboji theme. Blackstone and fire pit both worked great. No problems during stay, great place.“

However, the description incorrectly listed beds as being queens that were actually full(one upstairs, one downstairs). Also, one of the basement bed frames was broken which created a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. „Very clean. Perfect location with short drive to everything. We really loved the large garage for prepping our gear and parking inside during the sub zero temps. Only complaint was the head of the bed was against the window which was cold. Otherwise. Very comfortable. One suggestion, have a little creamer and sugar for coffee. “

„This was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our family vacation with 4 families! 8 adults and 7 kids and everyone was entertained. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and the kid friendly games in the shed and the adults had the perfect place to hang out on the deck. The ice cream shop a few steps away was definitely a plus as well. Great location to enjoy Arnold’s park, bridges bay, and local shops/farmers market on Saturday morning! We had a wonderful weekend and can’t recommend enough! “

"Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Personal jederzeit verfügbar und sehr freundlich. Unterkunft gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. Kinokomplex, Kartbahn und diverse Restaurants in Laufnähe. Allerdings - was die Küche angeht - Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowellenofen, Gefrierschrank, Toaster und Wasserkocher verfügbar. Aber sonst absolut nichts - kein Geschirr, kein Kochgeschirr, kein Besteck, keine Teller, Gläaser oder Tassen, keine Spülbürste oder Spülmittel oder Küchenlappen/-tücher. Musste alles selbst kaufen, um die Küche dann auch wirklich verwenden zu können. "

"This hotel has thin walls. We heard a phone ring from another room and was looking for it in our room. You hear everything. The sheets were worn down and over all, it looked clean but didn't feel clean. The hotel also told us they would have a pending $100 hold for damaged or incidentals. We didn't make any mess in our room, didnt take anything. We left before check out. The 'incidental hold' charge looked suspiciously like duplicate room charge. We're now disputing this charge."
