„Property was as advertised. Had no issues, host even had it ready 2 hours early granted our drive took a bit longer so we checked in at normal check in time.Back yard was nice and clean no dog poop or anything. Would highly recommend, we used it to have an easter weekend while in town for a card tournament and the in laws were only 2 hours away so was able to see family and play in our tournament and have easter egg hunts and not be in a hotel. Everything worked out great. “

„Great size for three adults. The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. The host was very quick to reply to a question on check in day. We would stay here again. One item to note for those with asthma/allergies - there is a no smoking sign posted, but it does appear that other previous guests haven't honored this request. There is a lingering smoke smell indoors. The home was nicely cleaned, but this is a difficult smell to get rid of. “

„We have spent three nights at the house and really enjoy the stay. The house sits in quiet neighborhood with short walking distance to the park with nice pound. House has well chosen HP decor, not overwhelming but enough to feel the vibe which we really enjoyed. It has everything you need to stay with nice specious kitchen open to the living room. The host takes really good care to make you feel comfortable. It is a short drive to Peoria where we were watching our daughter in track and field ...

„Parking right at the door was convenient when we arrived after dark. All the rooms had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Plenty of outlets for charging etc. Great view of the river from indoors. Sliding door opens to deck with steps down to the yard and right down to the water. Very quiet neighborhood. “
