„Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access“

„Everything is new, clean, neat. Staff are friendly & professional. Free parking attached (a bit of walking, so we dropped our luggage off at front door / desk 1st). TV only showed channels but we’re told there will be a new provider soon. Very comfortable room. ‘Bistro’ on main floor (didn’t use). Recommend. “

„My stay was pleasant. Rooms were decent my floor was quiet I felt safe and there was ample parking. If i had to give one critique it would be that the carpet would benefit from a routine cleaning. The carpets have a lot of spots and are very dirty. “

„Das Zimmer war für amerikanische Verhältnisse klein. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Stühle in der Lobby waren sehr wackelig. Aus der Decke der Lobby hat es getropft und die Hoteleingangstür hat gequietscht. Das Bett hat geknarzt und erst nach gefühlten 10 Minuten kam lauwarmes Wasser aus der Leitung. Es sollte dringend Geld investiert werden. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.“
