„First of all when I arrived at the hotel.The gentleman gave me my room.Me and my wife went up to the room , open the door and the smell was horrible , almost knocked us out then we went down and got another room. First, he asked us, could he just go up and spray some air freshener totally unacceptable? Then it gives us the key to another room. We go up there, hit the card and the door's locked from the inside. So somebody is obviously in the room so I call him he comes up, tries to open the door ...
„Das Zimmer war für amerikanische Verhältnisse klein. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Stühle in der Lobby waren sehr wackelig. Aus der Decke der Lobby hat es getropft und die Hoteleingangstür hat gequietscht. Das Bett hat geknarzt und erst nach gefühlten 10 Minuten kam lauwarmes Wasser aus der Leitung. Es sollte dringend Geld investiert werden. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.“
