It was also very comfortable and, most importantly, had an amazing porch that is very large and private. Looking down on the river valley from the 17th floor porch is really a great experience, and I spent many hours out there. From this apartment it is a 10-15 min walk to the main street that goes through downtown. If you walk down into the river basin there are miles of trails ...
