„Only with the third attempt, we got a room of satisfying quality: 1st had no TV remote control - had to change(!) room due to thart… 2nd had a not functioning door lock and the security handle was torn away…
The girl at the reception desk was very kind and pacient and friendly, though - it“s not her fault if the state of the rooms is not according to expectations…“
„This is a very nice room, staff is very courteous and helpful. The pool/hot tub is under renovation, but we were able to use the pool at the hotel across the parking lot.“
