Tranquility between the Lakes & Sea

Excellent access and yet woods on two sides. 7 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the Old Port and 18 minutes to Sebago Lake or Pine Point Beach.
1st floor, full kitchen and laundry, all amenities of home.
This is a 1st floor duplex with private entrance. One King bed and one Queen. New windows and carpet in 2025. The grounds are well kept and the unit is cleaned by a professional cleaner.

There are 2 parking spaces out front, a walkway on the side to the spacious backyard bounded by woods. You have all the conveniences of the entire unit and full use of the grounds. You access via a code which is changed for each guest. There is a large flat pad off of the house in the rear with patio furniture, tables and YES...a FIREPIT!!!

I'm available in very short notice if need be. I prefer to respond via text as communication through the site is not as prompt. I can offer excellent recommendations and even a breakfast or dinner if so desired.
