Welcome to the YCC Studio, a private and spacious second-level retreat designed for comfort and tranquility. This unique studio, situated above the owner's business/office, offers a serene atmosphere with a modern, minimalist design, clean lines, and a vaulted ceiling. It comfortably fits 2 guests.

- Eco-Conscious Design: Features solar-powered in-floor radiant heat for cozy warmth, passive cooling for natural comfort, and a unique live green roof visible from the living room windows.

- Privacy: As the only unit on the upper level with a private entrance, you'll enjoy complete seclusion.

- Living Area: An open-plan space with light-colored plywood walls and wood-look laminate flooring. Furnished with a comfortable black sleeper sofa, modern armchairs, and a TV, all set on a colorful geometric rug.

- Dining: Enjoy meals at the retro-style dining table with bright blue chairs.

- Kitchen: A compact, fully equipped kitchen featuring natural wood cabinetry, dark countertops, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing your own meals.

- Bathroom: A modern and clean full bath includes a tiled walk-in shower with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a vanity with a black speckled countertop and neatly folded white towels.

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire YCC Studio via its dedicated entrance. Parking for one vehicle is provided directly in front of the studio entrance, ensuring convenient and exclusive access to your accommodation.

- The studio is located on the upper level and does not include any associated outdoor space.

- There is no designated area for grilling, and portable grills are strictly prohibited in the parking space and inside the studio.
