House Guidelines

• No smoking or vaping inside the suite

• No parties or events

• Registered guests only

• Pets must be approved before arrival and included in the reservation

• Please use nearby outdoor green spaces for pet bathroom breaks. Backyard not to be used as a toilet.

• Primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old

Guest Verification

For the safety and comfort of all guests, government-issued photo identification and contact information are required prior to check-in.

### Pet Policy — Important

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please observe the following rules:

* The backyard may not be used as a pet toilet. Pets must be taken off the property for all bathroom breaks.
* Pets prohibited from pool area.
* Pets must remain leashed at all times while outdoors on the property.
* Nearby off-leash parks are available for walks and exercise.
* Please clean up after your pet and keep all indoor and outdoor areas tidy.
* Excessive barking or other disruptive noise is not permitted.
* Pets may be left unattended only if they are calm, comfortable in a new environment, and do not bark, cause damage, or disturb other residents. Nervous, anxious, or frequently barking pets must not be left alone. If your pet barks continuously or causes a disturbance while unattended, you will be required to return to the property immediately.
If your dog is left unattended and barks continuously, a fine will be applied.

The heated pool season typically runs from mid-May through September 30 and may begin earlier if weather permits. After heating ends, guests are still welcome to use the unheated pool for cold plunges and enjoy the sauna.
