„Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still ...

„Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Lediglich der Elektroherd in unserer Ferienwohnung hatte zu wenig Power.“

„There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road.“

„House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!“

„Alte Anlage mit Röhrenbildfernseher, Möbel alt, aber das Haus selber ist renoviert (leider weiche wenn auch neue Matratzen) und sehr sauber. Keine Strandlage. Aufgrund schlechter Wetterlage konnten wir die Umgebung nicht anschauen. Service nicht nötig,wirkte aber freundlich.“

„We stayed over the weekend. Property was clean and welcoming and location was close to shopping, dining, and highways. Nestled behind main house and away from main road. Recommended to anyone looking to stay in the area.“

„Super nice, Kelly was always available to answer whatever questions I had. Because May can be very unpredictable the pool/spa was what sold me. I was not disappointed. One thing I would have liked was a book with instructions for oven, pool, dishwasher, etc. with a list of restaurants and things to do in the area, and a place to write something about the stay. I will definitely come back next year! or maybe during the summer to enjoy the pond which was Crystal clear and inviting. “

„The property was clean, the location was amazing. As soon as we entered the smell was almost unbearable, smelt like old mothballs. It’s an old house with so many nicknacks you have to put some away so they don’t get broken. That didn’t bother us we love all the charm of a house with character. I had to get incense and vinegar to put in bowls to help get rid of the smell, it did work a little. If there was another option we would have moved it was that bad.
