We felt so comfortable that the only negative thing we can report is that we only booked 10 days (our mistake ;-)).The Nene Nest is exactly like in the pictures, but more beautiful. Melissa and Kyle have a great knack for decorating. The furniture is, unlike so often in other vacation rentals, high quality and carefully selected. The beds are fantastic. There are plenty of wardrobes and chests of drawers. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. The cottage is in a quiet area. Yes, the ubiquitous chickens start their “chatter” really early, to be honest we didn't hear it from the third night onwards.Thank you Melissa for letting us call the Nene Nest our home! Whenever we go back to Kauai, the Nene Nest is our first choice."

"Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, wir hatten Gartenblick und so war es angenehm ruhig. Für Familien würde ich poolblick empfehlen, da ist etwas mehr los. Überhaupt ist es ein sehr schöner Bereich, mit warmen Wasser, sogar das Wasser zum abduschen ist warm. Die Bucht ist an dem Hotel angeschlossen und so sind fast nur Hotelgäste am Strand und auch ein paar Einheimische. Ich würde sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen 💕 es war etwas ganz besonderes für uns. "

"Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auf Kauai! An der Unterkunft sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Sie liegt an Meer und hat einen eigenen Pool. Die Handtücher dazu können im Hotel geliehen werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sie haben nicht die neuste Ausstattung aber sind trotzdem sehr gut erhalten und sehr sauber! Morgens gibt es ein Grab and Go Frühstück, welches man natürlich auch im Frühstücksraum essen kann. Wir fanden es super! Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! "
