„My daughter and I needed a mom, daughter trip. Lakemont Pines exceeded our expectations. The house is so well kept and quiet. It is surrounded by pine trees. „Had a great stay. Clean and lots of windows for views of the trees. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and dining table out on the deck. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We were a large group and had plenty of linen and towels supplied. A helpful tip for future guests. Turn off traction control on your vehicle and place gear into manual shifting mode low gear with automatics. This will help you navigating the loose gravel driveway. “

„The cottage is just adorable and the sound of the water running by is so relaxing with a glass of wine in hand. The place was very clean and just right for 2 people. If there is a negative at all, it's just that you have to cross a busy road if you want to walk into downtown Murphy's. We drove most of the time anyway. Highly recommend!“

„We had a wonderful stay at the Hillbilly Hideaway. The place was modern and well appointed, it was also very clean. The bed was only queen size but it was extremely comfortable, and we slept well both nights we were there. There was an air conditioner and fans. My wife loved the shower and how nicely it was designed. The place is a very short walk to downtown and the Murphy Hotel. Our host was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again if we came back to stay in Murphy’s. Thanks! “
