„There were only two options on vrbo to choose from for our trip to West Plains. We specifically chose this one because it said it has two queen beds in one room. Upon arrival it had one twin and a bunk bed in the other room. I contacted the host. She was very rude & disrespectful. We had no option, so we made the most of it.
