Dieses wunderschöne 2-stöckige, 7767 sf, 5BR / 5BTH, mit eigenem Bootssteg, Pool & Whirlpool und einem Heimkino ist ein ideales Ferienhaus für Ihre Gruppe. Sie können Ihre schöne Zeit drinnen verbringen oder am See entspannen oder Jetski fahren, Kajak fahren, Kanu fahren, Boot fahren, angeln usw. direkt vom Hinterhof aus. Dieses Haus an einem wunderschönen See in Palm Beach ist eine perfekte Kombination aus Entspannung, Unterhaltung und Abenteuer. Dieses schöne Haus wurde im Jahr 2012 mit einem breiten, offenen Grundriss erbaut und verfügt über eine 28 Fuß hohe Decke im Hauptbereich sowie zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Strände, PBI Flughafen, Golfplätze, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Innenstadt, Palm Beach Outlets, City Place sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Es liegt in der Nähe der I-95, daher ist das Pendeln auch sehr praktisch. Unser Boot kann direkt von unserem Bootsanleger aus gemietet werden.

• Schlafzimmer: 5 Schlafzimmer und 5 Badezimmer.
- Es gibt 3 Master-Suiten mit Wasserfront. Die 2 oberen haben ihren eigenen großen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Es gibt insgesamt 2 Kingsize-Betten und 5 Queensize-Betten. Je nach Verfügbarkeit können auf vorherige Anfrage ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl für Babys bereitgestellt werden
- Jedes Schlafzimmer hat 4K Smart HDTV, einige mit Blu-Ray DVD Player. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo, Conditioner, Seife, Toilettenpapier usw. werden zu Beginn Ihres Aufenthalts bereitgestellt

Look No Further!!

My family and I traveled to West Palm Beach last weekend to scatter my dad's ashes in the Gulf Stream. As a group of 13, ranging in age from 17 to 84, I was looking for a property that would allow for large gatherings, while also providing comfortable accommodations for each individual.When I saw the listing I thought it looked perfect, but remained skeptical right up to the point that we walked through the door. All I can say is that entering this house in real life far exceeded even my wildest expectations!A few highlights: every bedroom was perfectly clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and linens... shared indoor spaces were huge, allowing for large group gatherings and dinners (we were even able to set a full formal dining table for all of us!)... the kitchen and pantry were well stocked with anything we needed to cook and serve large dinners, including many kitchen staples... the outdoor spaces were unbelievable, between the pool and the hot tub, a nice table under a new gazebo, chaise lounges, and a great dock with kayaks and fishing poles, there was something for everyone! We opted to pay extra to heat the pool, and would have rented the boat if it was available!Our trip revolved around a charter boat excursion that was about 15 minutes south of the house, so the location was perfect for us, about midway between the airport/downtown area and our charter in Hypoluxo. Beyond that, despite plenty of other options, nobody ever really wanted to leave the house!

Beautiful family vacation

The communication with Alex was the best I’ve ever had at a rental. He was kind and understanding and also quick to respond. We had lights go out in one of the bedrooms and he had someone come and fix it within a few hours.The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of kitchen needs already there.The only two notes I have is check-in isn’t until 5 PM which is incredibly late in my opinion, especially when you consider that you’re paying for the day. Also, the pool was great, but it would’ve been nice to have someone come mid week to clean it as there were often lots of debris and dead animals in it when we would wake up. Not the owner‘s fault just a note.All-in-all, We would highly recommend this house

Extended Family Get-together for my Mom's 90th Birthday

We gathered 3 generations to come together to celebrate my Mom's 90th Birthday. There were 13 of us and this made so much more sense than everyone getting their own hotel. The house was as shown in pics and very clean. We stayed 4 nights, and one day we did a group outing for pinball, and another for Painting with a twist. At the house we loved the heated pool and especially the hot-tub and used it every day or evening. Views were great and it was wonderful being on the water. The young men used the kayaks and fished off the dock or kayaks. We grilled hotdogs and burgers on the grill one night and ate outside many times. There was sufficient outdoor seating and shade. Unfortunately we were informed that the pontoon boat couldn't get to the house due to construction on one of the bridges - would have loved to have that available. The movie room surprisingly was only used sparingly, but I thought it was awesome and wish I had had more time to check out some additional movies. The hosts were highly responsive and quick to respond on the portal. Potential gusts should be aware that one of the upper level bedrooms does not have its own bathroom - our guests were able to work around this without too much problem - but sharing is required. Overall a fantastic house and a wonderful experience for the family. Happy 90th birthday Mom!!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had ample room for all of our guests. The home was fully furnished with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The patio area is awesome and we wish the sun had shined more as it is the perfect place to hang out! While the majority of our events were in Palm Beach the location was not too far out of the way for the amount of space it offers.

Fabulous!

This amazing house and host never disappoint! We have just booked for a 6th stay. Each year my large family looks forward to quality time together at this wonderful house. There are incredibly comfortable beds for everyone, spacious, luxurious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and amazing pool and hot tub. The location is close to everything in WPB. Do not hesitate to book - Alex is an amazing host and is beyond accommodating! Thank you for another fantastic stay.

The perfect house for your family vacation

We just completed our multi-generational family vacation in this beautiful Florida home.iIt truly was the perfect place for our family to spendquality time together as we all live in different states. Check in was a breeze. The house was available on time and was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. (Kudos to your cleaning company). The house was better equipped than any other we have ever rented. Having coffee items already there as well as shampoos/body soap/detergent/dish soap was a nice addition. The attention to detail such as the chocolates and wine for our arrival were special touches. The layout of the house is perfect for family gatherings with its open kitchen and living areas with each having access to a bathroom giving everyone their own space. Our entire family noted how comfortable each of their beds were. The pool area is beautiful and allows for both sun and shade throughout the day. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and fishing poles that were used right off of the dock. The house has ample towels and nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs to take to the beach. The cinema room was a family hit as well to watch the tournament games and Disney movies with our grandchild. Our only glitch was a power surge problem that affected our toaster, oven and some lights in a couple rooms as well as the pool heater. However the owners response was correcting the issues they could within the hour. The new pool heater and oven were brought within 2 days, no big deal as their grill is nice too.

Wonderful vacation

The house exceeded our expectations. Our family of 10, 3 generations, enjoyed all of the amenities in the relaxed setting. The pool and deck were beautifully situated on the lake and made for hours of swimming, fishing and relaxing. We also enjoyed beachtime at nearby Lake Worth! Alex was wonderful and responsive!

Family Gathering

We were 7 adults and 3 children ages 5,3 and 2 months. We enjoyed the property. It was clean, well equipped and supplied. The layout worked very well for us with a big open living, dining and kitchen area where we could all gather. The pool and hot tub were also great. Everyone was happy with the stay at the property.

Fabulous house

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful house! The setup is perfect for a large family with everyone having a large comfortable bed and plenty of beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils etc and the outdoor grill is perfect. The pool, hot tub, kayaks and theatre are fabulous and keep everyone happy year after year. Alex is a wonderful host with practically immediate responses to any questions or issues (although we had NO issues) Do not hesitate to book this property!

Wonderful vacation

This is an amazing vacation home. It is beautiful and equipped with everything you could want. The grandchildren enjoyed fishing from the pier. They loved the pool and spa. But, the theater room was next level they say. Alex was very helpful and attentive to any need that we had. You can't go wrong with planning a stay here. Hopefully, we will be back.

Wonderful home for a big family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home. Large clean bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable sitting area, large kitchen with everything we needed. The pool was great for our family (ages 2 to 72 years old). Plenty of activities in the West Palm area. Alex was very accommodating with a few personal requests. We highly recommend for family gatherings.

Family vacation 2023

This property was by far the best property that fit the size of the group. We had 8 adults and 4 kids ranging from 2 to 7 years of age We were very impressed on the decor and the space available. Every adult had a bedroom and a bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet. We caught a few fish off the dock which the kids liked. The cupboards and pantry were stocked with ample supplies to get you started for your stay. The description of the house and what is included was spot on. Alex, the host replied to any question within minutes. Definatley our favorite and on the list to return.

What a great home!

My family which included 10 of us enjoyed a week in this beautiful, clean, well-stocked, massive home. The theater room and massage chair added to the enjoyment making a relaxing end of day. The pool and spa were clean and heated at our request. And, having a pontoon boat on site to explore the lakes and canals surrounding this home made it so we never wanted to leave during the day. But we did to enjoy a short drive to the beach and nice restaurants. I loved this home. Thanks Alex and Victoria.

Amazing Stay With the Family!

We spent a week there with our extended family. The property was beautiful and had all of the amenities that you could ask for. The Theater and Massage chair were big winners along with the beautiful outside setting. Would highly recommend!
