Gut: Sauberkeit
The cottage was cute and clean. The bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant, but seldom accurate. Prior to booking I asked if beach chairs and towels were provided and was told yes, but upon arrival was told they actually weren’t provided and was referred to a rental company. Heating was listed as an amenity but there was only air conditioning and one thin blanket so we had to buy an extra blanket to get through a cold spell. The washing machine leaked. We were told it would be repaired the next day but it hadn’t been repaired before we left 3 days later. The putting green was very cute and looked like fun, but the putter was broken and although a replacement was promised it never arrived. We chose this rental based on the amenities promised and the excellent reviews, but throughout our weeklong stay we experienced one disappointment after another.
