Offering truly the best of both worlds, this five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home provides direct access to one of the area's most popular recreational lakes, known for boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Pigeon Lake opens directly to Lake Michigan, and this property also includes access to the association's private stretch of sandy shoreline just a short walk away. With access to both lakes, your group will enjoy endless opportunities to explore this beautiful stretch of coastline.

As you enter the main floor, you're immediately welcomed by a lake-facing wall of windows that fills the home with natural light and showcases beautiful water views. The open living and dining areas are thoughtfully designed to accommodate your entire group, featuring an oversized dining table and generous, comfortable seating that makes gathering easy. The well-equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and a convenient breakfast bar—perfect for leisurely brunches or memorable family dinners.

A main-floor ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and full bath featuring a walk-in shower provides convenient, private accommodations. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite full bath, stunning water views, and direct access to a spacious upper-level deck overlooking Pigeon Lake. A second king bedroom also offers lake views and direct access to a shared full bath. The bunk room features a queen-over-queen bunk bed along with a TV and gaming area sure to be a hit with kids (and kids at heart). An additional bedroom with two twin beds completes the upper level.

Step outside from the main floor to the covered patio, complete with a gas grill and outdoor dining space—ideal for summer evenings by the water. Follow the path to the lakeshore where you'll find your own sandy stretch along Pigeon Lake, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Boaters and kayakers can utilize the public boat launch located directly across the lake and spend the day exploring wooded dunes and local wildlife.

Pack up for a day at “the big lake” and take a short walk through the peaceful neighborhood, following the boardwalk to Lake Michigan. The private beach (limited to Port Sheldon Beach Association residents and guests) offers a quieter, more exclusive shoreline experience. The association also features pickleball and tennis courts, beach volleyball, green space for lawn games, and a sunset deck near the beach access. Extensive bike trails run along the lakeshore, and both Holland and Grand Haven are just 20–25 minutes away, making this a perfectly central location for exploring West Michigan.

- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
