„Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early and relocate with VRBO’s assistance.Our biggest concern was discovering what appeared to be a surveillance camera INSIDE the home in the family room/kitchen area. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious privacy concerns.The central HVAC was also not functioning properly during extremely hot weather. „The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. “
