„Very clean, sanitized everything before I left . Vaccumed the carpets, washed the sheets, sanitized the chairs, Febreeze the sofa , dishes washed and trash has been taken out in the proper bins as labeled. Dusted the blinds , wet mopped and dry mopped the floors. Took my recycles home with me. “

„This space had everything we needed and was located close to downtown. The beds were comfortable. If you have an issue with stairs it is not the place for you. Would definitely stay here again.“

„We had a great stay! Thank goodness for the dryer to dry our snow gear to keep us out on the slopes! The place awesome! And the host is great to work with and very responsive to needs!! Would love to come back again in the summer! Definitely recommend to anyone!“

„Location and view are fantastic. Great to have a pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, restaurants, and arcade. However, the only nice mattress was the big bed. And the trundle in the top room had dead bugs all over it.“

„The Willow-Wisp condo we stayed at on the 7th floor (#714) was nice, spacious and modern. The bathroom was upgraded and clean. Downsides: the carpet had bugs (more lady bugs than anything), the housekeepers are probably not vaccuming as often as they should be. The outside balcony was also full of mosquitos so we could not really sit out there to enjoy the lake view. The bedroom drapery rod was very unsteady. The drapery panels are too long & people probably stepped on it & pulled down the ...

„We have stayed at this resort before. Resort is nice. This unit however is extremely outdated. No ice maker and no ice bucket to put ice in. Pictures on the walls look like they were homemade in the 70’s. No communication prior to check in. Sent 2 messages. No reply. For the price we paid for 2 nights you definitely would think the unit would be more inviting. We won’t book this one again unless it gets updated. “
