Darauf hin haben wir 2x in der Rezeption angerufen und die haben uns immer wieder vertrösten. Und was soll man sagen, wir mussten dringend... Schließlich haben wir die Tür mit Audio-Drähten selber geöffnet bekommen. Kompetenz und Hilsbereitschaft sieht anders aus.“
