„Where do I Start? Our initial impression of him was interesting which quickly turned into a nightmare. I had already spoken to him upon arrival about having a couple more people join. There was a fee to pay -In which I HAD no problem paying. The place smelled of dog urine, the carpet is disgusting, the sheets appeared to be clean but had a horrible smell to them and had stains. „Overall, a very nice little place. Was much smaller than it appeared on the listing and a bit cramped with all the furniture in it, yet it met all of our needs for staying while we explored Oregon. The Blue Heron sanctuary was quite fascinating to listen to and we enjoyed hearing & watching the Eagle as well :) A lovely area! Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough and they even left us some information about the various areas we could explore being in Oregon for the first time. :) “

„Wir(4 Erwachsene/3Kinder) wählten dieses Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für unsereinen Trip nach Portland und dann weiter an die Küste.Von der Größe des Zimmers (2 Bedrooms) und derEinrichtung (Küche usw.) waren wir begeistert!Portland Downtown ist je nach Traffic ca.20Min entfernet und inunmittelbarer Entfernung zum Hotel befinden 2 Shoppingcenter.Es ist ruhig und sehr sauber und der mittelgroße Pool hat den Kids sehr gefallen. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel im "doppelhaushälfte" Stil!“

„We had an excellent stay at this location. We were on our way to the Oregon Coast with our six month old and 2 year old. We stopped to see some family in the Portland area for a couple nights and this was the perfect location for us with how close it was to the Portland area. We appreciated that it was a ways away from the business of the populated Vancouver and Portland area. Grand Blvd was quite noisy even at night, which was tough if you are not a heavy sleeper, or you have little ones. ...

„Seems like everything is no more than 25 minutes away - wonderful hosts that had everything set up as advertised, friendly but not obtrusive….the Portland weather kept us from enjoying the hot tub and fire pit during our extended weekend stay , but the yard is a magnificent oasis of flowers, fresh herbs and a. Fig tree and lots of singing birds in the morning to enjoy with your coffee on the deck …as a veteran of the great folk scare of the 1960’s the vinyl collection is outstanding. “

„What a beautiful place! The rain had almost stopped when we arrived and the adorable alpacas greeted us when we drove up. And then the double rainbow appeared! Wow! What a wonderful welcome! We had such a quiet night sleep and when we woke up to the blue skies and low hangin mist in the hills. It was so hard to leave this peaceful place and the adorable alpacas!“

"Great option in Portland. The location is great, right in the center and walking distance to public transport. I took the train from the airport which is a cheap and convenient option and stops right across the hotel. Great gym, funky vibes in the lobby, free welcome drink. "Pool was very cold, but the hotel is pretty good. I just recommend to park on the other side of the street, this is what I did. Then you save 10 USD which you have to pay if you park in front of the hotel. You hear a lot of aircrafts until midnight, then it is quiet."

"All in all good but when we arrived after 26h intercontinental traveling our room was not available even though I informed them of our late arrival. It had been given to other people and we were lucky to even get a room. After one night with 4 people in the shoe box we were given a larger room and things went well. "
