„Check in was not smooth, door was unlocked, previous renter had taken free parking pass so I had to pay for parking then request to get reimbursed. Cleanliness and location terrific for downtown property.“

„The rental was nice and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept on the couch and my wife slept on pillows on the bed. Neither us got much sleep. We stayed one night instead of the two were charged for. The owner refunded 60 despite what they claimed was a subjective experience of the "bed firmness." You could feel the bed springs after 30 minutes. Totally disappointed since we were there to close a real estate transaction.“
