„Cabin was perfect! It was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, around the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub!! Kitchen was well furnished and we enjoyed cooking many meals there. Sunset views were amazing!!“

„Location and parking were excellent. Decorated nicely. Good water pressure. It could use a fresh coat of paint, and possibly commercial carpet cleaning because there was a slight odor. The riverbank below the balcony could use some trash removal. For a rental, it was sufficient. “

„I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! “

„We had a lovely albeit too brief stay in The House of the Rising Sun! The cabin was extremely well appointed, and Sunrise from a very clean hot-tub was most enjoyable. The steep drive up was well worth it just for the breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains. All the information received from Pavan and Tracey was comprehensive and clear in the run-up and during our stay. Highly recommend, and I hope we can visit again in the not too distant future.“
