„Sehr schönes Hotel, Preisleistung ist gut, Strand ist sehr schön und hat genügend Liegestühle, Pool ist wunderschön angelegt, für die Erholung zu empfehlen, Ruhige umgebung.“

„Anfang Januar, Taeglich ca. 25 Grad C. Ritz ist recht grosser Gebaeudekomplex. Verteilt einzelne Pools, darunter 2 grosse (e.g. Lagoon-Pool) Wir (Familie, 2 Kinder 8 und 9) hatten eine SEHR gute Zeit, alles hat bestens gepasst. Fruehstuecksbuffet war das Beste was ich bisher erlebt hatte (oft 5 Sterne Hotels). Riesenauswahl, hervorragende Qualitaet. Andere Restaurants (Italiener, Chinese, Strandrestaurant und Pool-Bar) auch hervorragende Qualitaet, grosse Auswahl. Hotelmitarbeiter sprachen ...

„Sanya, und vorallem dieser Stand ist echt sehr schön. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und hat kostenlose Liegen mit großen Schirmen. Die Hotelzimmer sind großzügig. Buffet ist groß und viele Restaurants. Guter Eindruck“

„Great location on the beach with a nice pool area, but the rooms are not clean so we don't really feel comfy. And the beach area dirty. Don't stay there after dark lots of little 4legs friends running around Looking for food. Beachside restaurant closed. Breakfast good.“

„We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking.“

„It was our second visit to this hotel during the New Year time. Pluses: Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet Minuses: the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced.“
