„We enjoyed our week in this appartment close to Venice Beach. It was very spacious, well equipped (Kitchen, TV, etc.) and our host was absolutely supportive during our check-in process! If you want to be a bit away of the rush in Venice but still close (in walking distance) to the beach (20-30 min) this is a great place.“

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. The carpet was dirty and smelled musty, the refrigerator had a large dent in the door, and a filthy mop and bucket were left out on the balcony. The screen door is torn, so bugs come in. „There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.“
