„Our key priority was direct access to the beach. This could not be delivered better. Opening the door to the terrace of the master bedroom every morning, facing the ocean directly, was the best. „Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!“

„Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!“

„a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A“

„The house was absolutely adorable. Property owner was a pleasure to deal with. The property itself is very centrally located. Myself and a few of my girlfriends were there for wine tasting and so many good vineyards so close. Hot tub was nice and warm. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!“

„We had a great time at the house – it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, after our stay, we realized we had left a winter coat and a blazer. We immediately contacted the property manager, who confirmed they had found our belongings and promised to send them to us. „Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us. The other beaches nearby were similar with no beach parking and we didn’t have beach passes. However, we did have a great time with many things to do nearby. Suggestion: ski lift…lol Thank you. .“
