„If you want to be on the beach and pay for it then this is the place for you. Other than the view it does not have much going for it. The furniture is old and dated, there was no where to sit on the balcony except for the wooden splintered picnic table. The locals we met were great and it was a very quiet community. Make sure you bring everything you need with you such as soap, shampoos t.p etc as very little if any are provided. The kitchen is really really small but it did have a good amount ...

„Another wonderful 1 month stay. My first review (3 yrs ago) was all encompassing. What I see as "the ultimate highlight of this apt" is proximity. As you look at the first picture of the whole apt, you see the sliding glass door. As you walk thru the door (left is a closet with beach chairs, beach umbrella and "water toys" (floats, noodles etc.) onto the lovely patio then manicured walkway. „The property is very well maintained. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable in this unit…a home away from home. The owner was excellent to deal with. It was very important to him that we were comfortable, content and had everything we needed.“
