„Large, older house near a lot of trails and just a short drive to downtown. House was very clean upon arrival. Fenced yard is a nice addition for pets, but fence needs repairs, so keep a close eye on smaller dogs. Overall condition of house is good, but a few simple repairs and more comfortable furniture/beds would make this a really great space.“
