„We had to switch rooms because the heater was noisy and kept us up at night. The pool water was gross and so was the hot tub. We went in it and got out very quickly. The breakfast you pay for is really not worth it. It's a bistro style breakfast and you don't get a lot to pick from and you don't get enough to eat. For what I spent on the room for 4 nights was not worth it at all. Was very disappointed in our stay. They didn't even give us any money back for the squealing heater that kept us up ...

„Under construction never told how to get to our room as the elevator closest to lobby was not operable. Ice machine not operating had to go two floors down to get ice. Had an over 300 person party and as a guest of the hotel-we were secondary in their concerns. Had to walk through the party to get to the lobby.
