Motels in West End – günstige Unterkünfte finden

„The rooms are older, not so clean, personal was great, cruise parking was good“

„Bed was itchy every time I played in it. Idk if it was the sheets or what but I barely got sleep. I got bit by ants and there are doors in the room that lead to the other rooms. I did not like that so I had to put tables in front of the door just in case because that’s unsafe. Loud people. Doors are so high that people can hear you and you can hear them from outside. I didn’t like that at all.“

„It was ok“

„Other than my loud/noisy upstairs and next-door neighbors, the Stay was quite nice. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Refrigerator was nice and roomy, selections on the TV. The KINGSIZE suite is like a little efficiency. Very nice and very decently priced. The staff members were very nice and accommodating. I recommend.“

„major water leak, and AC did not work. You could literally smell the mold. Clerk tried to help and switched us rooms where written profanities was found on the wall. Doors did not lock for some reason as well.“

„We were put into a dirty room that had items left from a previous stay, toilet was broken, no phone in room to notify front desk and when we arrived for check in there was no one at counter and a sign on desk that said to call for service“

„We used it in emergency after hurricane “

„I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through the Hotels.com app and paid the full amount up front as a non-refundable booking. When I arrived around 9 PM, I was denied entry. The front desk said they would not accept my online payment and demanded that I pay the full amount again in person. The staff member told me to cancel my non-refundable reservation and pay at the desk instead. I contacted Hotels.com support right away, but they were unable to reach the hotel. I sat there for close to 2 ...

„Great communication and clean .“
