Welcome to a new chapter of Rosewood House. This approximately 13,000 sq. ft. Vermont mansion has recently undergone an extensive transformation, with redesigned bedrooms, new furnishings, refreshed gathering spaces, updated décor, and thoughtful new touches throughout.



Rosewood was designed by Tammy Carmona, the designer behind Edward and Bella’s iconic wedding scene in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. Her creative approach can be felt throughout Rosewood, where classic Vermont character meets a fresh, imaginative design.



From the dramatic sunken living room and soaring wood ceilings to the refreshed bedrooms and unique themed sleeping spaces, Rosewood has been reimagined to make the house itself part of the experience.



About Timbercrest Mansions



Timbercrest Mansions is a growing, professionally operated hospitality company with four unique mansions in West Dover, Vermont, all located close to one another. We intentionally grow at a pace that allows us to maintain the quality, care, and personal attention our guests deserve. Each mansion is uniquely designed and carefully maintained by our dedicated local team.



For larger groups, multiple Timbercrest Mansions can be reserved together, making our properties especially well suited for weddings, reunions, retreats, celebrations, and large group getaways. Our goal is simple: exceptional properties, exceptional service, and memorable stays.

The Neighborhood:

Located in West Dover in the heart of Southern Vermont, Rosewood House puts you just minutes from Mount Snow while still offering the privacy and space of a large Vermont retreat. West Dover’s restaurants, shops, and local attractions are nearby, while charming Wilmington is a short drive down Route 100.



Rosewood is also located close to our other Timbercrest Mansions, giving larger groups the unique option of reserving multiple nearby properties together.



Getting Around:

Rosewood is conveniently located just minutes from Mount Snow and the surrounding West Dover area. Free on-site parking makes it easy for groups traveling with multiple vehicles, while nearby Route 100 provides convenient access to Mount Snow, Wilmington, restaurants, shops, and other Southern Vermont attractions.
