Our River-front Getaway offers beautiful coastal views and tranquil living. The almost acre property is located on a private, dead end lane and is perched on a bluff overlooking the calm waters of Bass River with your own private beach access.

Our cottage features a newly renovated kitchen complete with Le Creuset cookware, all new furnishings, updated bathrooms, central air, lots of outside seating with grill area and fire pit, ping pong and darts for rainy days, new outdoor shower, laundry facilities and much more.

The beautiful Dennis beaches are minutes away, though you may decide to stay put and use your own private beach area most days, including use of kayaks and SUPs upon request and upon signing of consent forms. Bike and boat rentals are also nearby, as are many terrific restaurants with outdoor dining options. Access to the town dock at the end of the lane is perfect for fishing lovers or to pick up the family if you opt to rent a boat for the day.
