„We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. House keeping was great and even loaded the dishwasher for us each day. We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. „From my first inquiry about the property, Margarita was very quick with her responses. She was excellent to work with.The location is wonderful. The grocery store, shops and restaurants are a short walk away.The very best part is the beach in front of Villa Renaissance. It is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the patio is exactly as magnificent as the picture online. There were always chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. “

„Apartment was exactly as advertised. Communication with host was quick and efficient. Check in and out was completely stress free. (No weird chore list like some vacation rentals). Location is amazing, very quiet. No one else on the beach other than guests of the resort. A bit of a drive out of town, but this was a plus for us. No noise from dog/chickens at night. Would definitely stay here again!“
