„The apartment location is great. The beach is really not far and there is a grocery and dollar store just beside. It is on a busy street but that was not a problem. We enjoyed the apartment, it was nice and clean. The host was very responsive and professional. We did face a few annoyances though. The main one was the lack of room and chairs at the dining table. „We arrived late to a nonfunctional lock on the door and couldn’t enter the property. It took about 45 minutes to be let in. The lock was replaced during our stay. There was constant communication over the next couple days to address the expired parking passes, blown circuits in the basement and kitchen, lack of blankets, dryer with no heat, the unusable jacuzzi bathtub that squirts up the wall, and water leaking out from under a locked basement door. „Great load/unload option ( 15 min parking outside building) for check in & out. Lovely breeze thru open windows in condo with view to beach and bay. Distance to beach/boards was great. Option for elevator or stairs. Happy with access ( keyless), new to us cleaning fee - still competitive pricing for rental. Nice chance to experience The Hanscom Condos with custom interior paintings! Great host and property experience.“
