„Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.“

„Basic needs were covered. Quiet neighborhood with the river being close by. We need good internet connection for remote work. We were not able to work for lack of connection. Bring your own condiments and spices as those items were limited. The white towels could use some updating.“

„I don't even stayed in the house they double booked the house and they let the other family stayed even do they didn't have the keys just because they don't wanted to deal with it and they told me they booked first but how was that If they didn't have anything to open the house.“

„There were 11 of us retired adults who had a cousins' reunion for five days. The villa and the house were perfect for our us as we needed six bedrooms. The house was better stocked than at any other VRBO we've stayed at and when we had a question, we got an answer within just a couple of minutes. We are talking about going back next year to rent this villa/house arrangement!“

„The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It was great to relax in the indoor hot tub. Great communication from host and they were very nice. We will definitely stay again.“

„This is an awesome home that is very well stocked! It is in an excellent location in Lake Havasu City. The time that we spent in the backyard was also very relaxing for us and it includes both a hot tub and a gas bbq grill. We stayed for a month and it felt like home to us…only about 50 plus degrees warmer than our weather at home which was great. Ed and Sarah are very caring and awesome hosts!“

„The pictures, honestly, don't do justice to the views this house has. Even without the views, the house is a sight to be seen. The host was VERY responsive and helpful the entire stay. Everything was as expected and I look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Parker.“
