„Overall it was a great experience Deep in the heart of Dolan. Quiet neighborhood and open range for all sorts of animals walking in the night. A little surprised where the washer and dryer was located on site, but the add did come through and said washer and dryer was one of the amenities. It was a unique experience for that. It was one of a kind and all the promised amenities dod come through. The was quick to reply through VRBO. “

„A bit tired could use a bit of refresh. When I first booked the property the picture showed a walk in shower in on of the bathrooms, not so. I went to Walmart to purchase a tub mat, the tub was very slippery and no grab bars, I’m 78. Overall the property was comfortable and spacious , when family came to visit. The common grounds were well kept , but the pool was not very clean, pool furniture was scarce and the hot tub was nasty, but I’m sure that is an HOA issue .“

„I'm always dubious about staying in apartment buildings, but this VRBO conversion was a nice surprise. Clean, good parking, nicely furnished, and the neighbors were quiet. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores plus short drives to major roads or highways. I'd recommend this unit to anyone for a short stay, as we did, or to those looking for a nice place to stay while working a temporary job in Kingman. Thanks for a great stay!“

„The game table was a hit for everyone. The seating out back in the shade was nice and relaxing after our event! Great price quick responses from host. TV’s easy to operate. Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows).“
