Situated in a quiet street with the sea only 50 yards away, this lovely property has the most incredible sea views. Porpoise and dolphin can be spotted on the surrounding waters and birdlife is abundant. Situated at the start of the Ayrshire coastal path there are fabulous coastal walks from the door. The house has a lounge with fabulous sea views and a modern open plan kitchen/diner with French doors opening to an outdoor seating area. There is a downstairs double bedroom and a shower room for those who are more comfortable on the ground floor and on the first floor, 2 well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin with another shower room.
