This spacious 1,458 square-foot residence features three generous bedrooms and a cozy smaller one with a bunk bed and closet. One of the bedrooms, located at the back of the house, offers extra quiet, complete with its own ensuite bathroom and queen-sized bed. The other two bedrooms are at the front; one is outfitted with a set of twin beds, while the other boasts a lovely queen-sized bed, making it perfect for accommodating up to eight guests comfortably. Plus, the second bathroom includes a full tub and shower, along with a convenient vanity offering plenty of space for all your daily essentials. This lovely home comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen may be small, but it’s mighty and has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

The dining room and living room, located just off the kitchen, offer an inviting, open space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. The beautiful fireplace add a unique touch to the design, though renters should note it can not be used. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, and there’s an additional dining table in the spacious family room just off the kitchen and dining area. You’ll have the option to close the door and kitchen window if you want a bit of separation or quiet time while the kiddos watch a movie in the large entertainment room. Here, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and comfy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie night or cozy up with a good book. There's also a table that seats four, perfect for game nights, making puzzles, or providing extra seating when needed. The room features a slider that opens to the east-facing deck to soak the sunshine. There are sliders from the dining room and living room that grant access to the outside deck from multiple areas, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air while keeping those pesky bugs out.

The home is equipped with all the essentials for a fantastic day at the beach, including a beach buggy, six beach chairs, beach toys, beach boards, and a cooler. Just a quick NOTE: BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
