The 4th floor is a space with 7 twin beds, a half bath, a closet, and plenty of room for games and giggles. The finished basement has a full-size day bed with a twin-size trundle bed that slides out from under it and can be considered a 6th bedroom. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with LL Bean tables and chairs that can seat up to 18 people for meals. There is a second refrigerator in the garage. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, and games are provided. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Please note: The pool fee covers propane to heat the pool and one professional pool maintenance visit during your stay. During this visit, the pool will be vacuumed, sanitized, the filters will be cleaned, and the water will be balanced to help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable swimming experience.
