There's no more idyllic Wellfleet setting than “Happy Days” perched overlooking spectacular Wellfleet Harbor. This spacious family home has 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths to comfortably house your group of up to 12. You'll no doubt be drawn to the enormous deck with ample seating for lounging and dining plus a hot tub. The backdrop is Wellfleet Harbor, watch the boats and tides come and go.

Inside you'll be right at home in the spacious kitchen and dining area. Plenty of room to gather and prepare meals. Stock your favorite beverages in the convenient wet bar in this room as well. There is a living room with TV on the main level as well.

There are six total bedrooms. The first two are located on the main level and have a queen in one and a king in the other. There is a full shared access bathroom for these bedrooms. The primary suite with a King bed and private bath is located on the second level. Also on the second level is an additional bedroom suite with a queen bed. The last two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and a shared bath.

Venture out and walk to the best of Wellfleet. The Bookstore Restaurant, Pearl, Mac's Shack, Mac's on the Pier are all less than a 5-minute walk from the house. Mayo Beach, tennis and pickleball, basketball, a playground and a skate park are all easily accessible on foot as well. Of course, you'll enjoy sunsets each evening from the deck of the house.
