Jacqueline was wonderful and she explained the message about the place where to go and how. good restaurants etc. That was more helpful. and I received an immediate response to my needs. It was our first time, we enjoyed the stay. She needs to put carpet on the second floor. we could not sleep since we stayed on the first floor. we hear everything from the people above. ...
