„I thought when I booked it said “whole house”. It could have been my mistake but I never would have rented it if I knew someone was upstairs. Also, the laundry is shared, so the upstairs occupant came down while I was there. Other than that it was great. Clean and tidy, but no tea or coffee or anything like that. “

„June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. It was a down time so the resort was very quiet and peaceful.
Everything was amazing, we just wished we booked or planned for more time.

„The condo was just as it was described, it was great location for where we wanted to go and do things. It had almost we needed, it was clean. There was only 4 K-cups left and no dishwasher detergent. And there was a large dead spider underneath the chair in the living room, these are the only things you I could complain about if I had to. Suraj responded very quickly to the few questions that I had, alway polite and personable.“

"I had a room on the 31st floor of the south tower of this giant complex. The room had windows from the floor to the ceiling. I could see the horseshoe-falls from the desk and from the bed. The view was absolutely breathtaking. This made it the best hotelroom I ever stayed in. Apart from that, the hotel delivers the typical standard one expects from a Hilton hotel. Everything clean and well thought of, welcoming, helpful and professional staff. Not the smallest detail to complain about. The fact that the hotel is part of a big casino complex adds to the experience because a lot of great dining oportunities are right on the spot. Can't wait to return."

Alles gut organisiert, aber am Wochenende mit den Massen von Menschen muss man die Peak Times meiden. Ab ca. 8 Uhr lange Schlagen für das Frühstück.
