„Home was in a great, safe location with good parking. Loved the fenced in back yard- our dog was so happy! Sitting on the deck was great after a long day. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens as needed. Once we figured out the trick of the showers we were happy to have them. We had a couple of electrical issues and the drawers in the kitchen need some attention and some updating would have made it nicer. Overall we had a great stay and the hosts were attentive and easy to reach“

„Property was terrific. I stayed with my husband and our almost 2 year old to visit family in St. Charles for 4 days. Cool older home, but updated with modern conveniences. Both bedrooms were upstairs and got a little toasty, but central AC a window box in one room made it very comfortable. It was a great stay and a great find for the price! Neighbors were friendly and it was located on a quiet street that was still very close to everything. A note is that the stairs are steep and the bathroom ...

„We were in town for a graduation ceremony held at Centene Skating Rink in St. Louis Music Park. It was a very close drive to the graduation. It was also a nice walk to restaurants on Main Street just about 4 blocks away. The property was nice and clean. We suggest updating the listing to show that the two twin beds are actually connected because its a trundel bed, not seperate twin beds. Overall, we would rent there again. “

„We had a bit of trouble with the check in as there was a technical issue with the entrance decoder. We contacted Dan and he had maintenance checking it out and was solved within the hour. property is well maintained, lots of lights coming in and lots of space. „We stayed three nights at this location and were grateful to have a "home base" to work out of as we toured St. Louis. We were close to everything we wanted to experience and had easy access to the highways. The house is older, so it has older home qualities, but it is well cared for, modernly decorated, and has most of the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was minimal, but she responded to each inquiry. I highly recommend this house for your St. Louis vacation. “

„We just left the property and all was well. Very clean. 10 minutes from Arch and Budweiser tour which we loved! The unexpected perk of receiving Botanical Gardens and Zoo tickets shocked me (you have to ask it’s not automatic and only upon availability) we will be returning without a doubt! The only thing please get an extension cord for by the bed/tv area. There’s no extra plugs for your phone, Apple Watch, etc. had to plug those in in the kitchen. „We were only here for 2 nights, but it was a great place to stay. A ton of room for everyone to sleep between 2 families. We also met the neighbors next door who were very helpful when we needed an extension cord and they also gave us tips on places to take our kids. We loved that it was walking distance to restaurants and just a short drive to the zoo. We had a great stay, easy booking and checking in/out process, and we had everything we need. Highly recommend! “

„Rashondra was a great hostess. She made it very easy to get us checked in. She has everything you need in her welcome book to accommodate any questions you should have during your stay.
