„5th time here, and it did not disappoint, as usual!! The setting is perfect, with lots of areas to unwind and of course, the waterfront dock is the highlight! Super comfy sectional for stretching out after a long day and the large bathroom and living areas definitely make for a surprising amount of space indoors!! The owners Tina and John ( and their little dog too…) are 5 Star welcoming and bring their own personality to the place since they live in the house next door. Just a special property ...

„We had a wonderful weekend away with our two pups. The views of the water from the front porch or deck were beautiful. We brought the dogs into town for a pup cup while we enjoyed ice cream, and the pups approved of the wine tasting at Ingleside. The place was very clean and well maintained. We hope to return for a weekend I the fall potentially. “

„This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend ...

"We will recommend this place when you look for a place which is easy to get with a car and close enough to Alexandria/ Washington Area. You can have your Breakfast in an open space close to the reception and the floor to the elevator or rooms. Not for people who might like more a quiet bite. Too much waste with one use items. Not to much to choose from. Room and bed was okay. For cleaning and other things is room for improvement, overall a good place to stay."
