The house was exactly as shown/described in the listing, and the owners were very responsive when we had trouble getting connected to the internet. The house is in a very quiet part of town, about a 5-8 min drive from the center of activity surrounding the falls. „When you arrive, you will be greeted by many friendly animals! Dawn is really easy to communicate with and timely in responses. The Hoblet was the perfect size for my husband and I on our honeymoon. One thing we wish we knew prior to our stay would be the toilet situation with not flushing toilet paper due to their septic. One thing we love, is that the money we spent on our stay goes directly to supporting the animals with food and comfort. “

„We had a lovely stay at This location. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was clean. Clean sheets. Lots of bugs and spiders but clean otherwise. Having to pay extra to heat the pool wasn’t the best when the listing shows heated pool however it was okay. I would definitely go back!!! “

„The cottage was clean and cozy. The ac worked really well. The property had 2 swimming pools and the kids loved it.The hosts were super responsive snd very friendly..We would like to go back next summer.“

„We stayed here for a 4-day trip and had a lovely time! The cottage is exactly as described, well-kept, very clean and in the perfect location. All of the NOTL shops and restaurants are perfectly walkable and having access to the reserved parking space was convenient for car trips. The beds were comfy, the themed bedrooms were a cute touch, the bathroom is gorgeous and the check-in process was seamless. Will definitely plan to stay here again during our next visit to NOTL. „outdoors was not as shown in the pictures lots of grass and snakes, there was a snake in the bedroom downstairs. we tried calling VRBO no one responded, no barbecue grill as add shows there is one, outdoor sitting and dinner table was really dirty…. we were up whole night in scare or snake inside the property.“

„Nice home base about 15 minutes from NOTL , wineries,and the falls. Cozy and very clean with a fire pit for nighttime s’mores . Unit is in a community with 2 swimming pools and the owners leave floats , balls, a bike for you so there is plenty of things to do once your day of exploring the area is finished.“

„Grace and Kayla’s home is absolutely amazing for the “Niagara Falls” family vacation, without staying in the crowds of Niagara. The home had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evening. All the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were also comfy! Grace and Kayla have a wonderful espresso machine that makes delicious coffee for your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. „We had a group of friends stay here for a weekend of golf. The property fit us all perfectly and the pool was a huge bonus. Linen was clean and on the bed when we arrived. Property is well used and rented frequently, you can tell it’s a busy rental property with some of wall dings and general ware and tear. Nothing that affected our stay and we were all happy. When back in Niagara we would stay here again! Thanks for hosting!“

"I had a room on the 31st floor of the south tower of this giant complex. The room had windows from the floor to the ceiling. I could see the horseshoe-falls from the desk and from the bed. The view was absolutely breathtaking. This made it the best hotelroom I ever stayed in. Apart from that, the hotel delivers the typical standard one expects from a Hilton hotel. Everything clean and well thought of, welcoming, helpful and professional staff. Not the smallest detail to complain about. The fact that the hotel is part of a big casino complex adds to the experience because a lot of great dining oportunities are right on the spot. Can't wait to return."
