„We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. „Very clean and comfortable 2BR in great location. On ground floor; has nice enclosed patio area. I loved the soaking tub; my friend loved the walk-in shower. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Highly recommend!“
