„Ich habe die Wohnung für die Reise meiner Schwiegereltern gebucht. Sie sagen: "...Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen groß genug. Sauber, schicke Dekorationen. Das Bett ist bequem. In der Küche gibt es alles, was zum Kochen notwendig ist. Wir haben nicht gekocht, dafür regelmäßig Kaffee und Tee gemacht. Im Bad war alles schön sauber, Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an Vatikan, für uns war das sehr angenehm, wir haben viel unternommen. ...

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ganz gemütlich eingerichtet! Der Wasserhahn im Bad ganz locker, gehört dringend gerichtet. Einzig negative war, das in der Anzeige steht, Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, bei der Abreise aber 30 Euro für 2 Tage abgenommen wurden. Fanden wir gar nicht gut.“

„Wohnung im Ganzen schon recht runtergeranzt. Vor allem die Bäder (Wanne fleckig, verkalkte Düsen einer rostigen funktionsuntüchtigen Sprudelanlage, Fliesen abgeschlagen und wahrscheinlich in den 70er Jahren verlegt...). Lange Spinnweben hingen von der Decke. Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt. Dafür einfach zu teuer. Lage gut, U-Bahn 5 min fußläufig, mehrere Cafe´s in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt über die Strasse. Die Vermieterin spricht/ versteht kaum Englisch, daher schwierige Kommunikation. Nur ...

„Die wohnung ist im sehr lebendigen Viertel Trastevere. Fußläufig zum Zentrum und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten..gute bus&Straßenbahn Anbindung. Wohnung geräumig, hell, sauber, küche gut ausgestattet! Kommunikation mit Daniele und Veronica top.“

The host sent last corro advising they would meet us at 5pm we waited from 4.15pm until 7pm We phoned several times with zero response, even an Italian policeman who offered assistance rang the host also to no avail. We then had to scramble to find accommodation at that late hour after travelling for 24hr from AUS to Italy. A terrible start to our trip. By the time the host actually made ...

„Apartment is dated. One bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay. Got there and air conditioner wasn’t working. Manager showed up right away but was grumpy. Told me I had to pay an additional city tax and cleaning fee. I guessed I was getting scammed but had no other option but to pay. Air conditioning worked about 75% of time. Would not recommend.“

„The property is very centrally located and close to all sites in Rome and is a lovely rustic type dwelling. It luxurious however it was sufficient for our needs. The only drawback is that the elevator is extremely small and cannot really fit luggage and people. We have to be going up the elevator seperately from the luggage. Also, if you are old and you have bad knees and a hard to walk up the stairs, I would rate this an eight out of 10. The property manager was very good and helping us get ...
