„man wollte uns ein Zimmer, das extrem nach lösemittelhaltiger Farbe roch vermieten. Das inkompetente und unfreundliche Personal an der Rezeption wurde erst nach massivem Druck tätig. Das angebotene Ersatzzimmer roch nach Toilette, was wir ebenso ablehnten. Nach nochmaliger Beschwerde hat man uns nach langem hin und her ein einigermaßen akzeptables Zimmer angeboten. „The room was very comfortable and clean. And the staff very helpful. We were travelling and had to get up early so missed out on the breakfast. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities so cant comment on this. If we are in the area again we would stay here again. The only down side is there is not a restaurant onsite, we were given a list of places which was very helpful, the pub we chose was only 6 mins down the road in the car and was very welcoming and the food good.“
